The third Company in Natural Gas Distribution under the group is IAE, which was established in February 2006. IAE have signed a Gas Sales Agreement with Husky Oil (Madura) Ltd. currently Husky CNOOC Madura Ltd. (HCML)

This Agreement enables the Company to provide a long term supply to major industries in East Java. The Gas will be distributed to the industries in Pasuruan, Waru-Driyorejo-Wringinanom and Gresik Area, and also to maintain continous supply of the other sister companys customers in East Java.
